This is a tablecloth with a story.
One day I found a very beautiful embroidered piece on a torn piece of cloth that had been in Angola for a long time, at my mother's house.
I felt the embroidery deserved a new life, so I carefully recreated the original design.
But where to apply it? When suddenly a beautiful African cloth falls into my hands, seemingly wanting to coexist with my design.
This is how the idea for a towel was born.
It is therefore made with African cloth and plain fabric (50% cotton and 50% polyester canvas).
The embroidery was done by hand using Anchor Coton Perle thread.
